What we’re doing

DVMAX Tech Support is moving to an automated queue system. When you call our tech support line you will be placed on hold and “in line” for the next available tech support agent.
No more need for callbacks.

No more answering service that doesn't understand or know who you are.

What changes do you have to prepare for?
Our transition should be seamless for you. Just keep in mind that when you call, our options have changed, and that you’ll be on hold for a short period after calling in. DVMAX Support can still be reached at 1-800-950-5455.
